Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Roastown Global Grill as a Restaurant Captain! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, thanking them as they leave, and ensuring a delightful dining experience. Your duties will include explaining menu items, answering questions, serving food and beverages, presenting final bills, and effectively managing the timing of dishes. Additionally, you will address any guest complaints or requests to enhance their experience.
Education: Diploma (Preferred)
Experience: 5 years in guest relations, guest services, and team handling (Preferred)
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Work Location: In person
