Job Description
The Associate will manage the complete process of supplier invoice payments, traveler expense report processing, and support business units and suppliers with invoice inquiries. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable activities, preparing reports, researching statements, and educating suppliers on invoicing requirements.
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, along with experience in leading meetings. Preferred candidates will hold a Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance and have knowledge of accounts payable systems.
