Job Description
Company: Saral Auto – SA Marketing Branches Operations
Job Role:
- Handle Tractor Loans through direct sales team, brokers, and dealers.
- Manage a team of 5-7 field sales executives.
- Achieve yearly business targets of approximately 500-600 tractors (around 20 Crores).
- Oversee tractor refinance business, team productivity, early defaults, and relationships with dealers and brokers.
- Utilize existing customer data effectively within the operational area.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in team handling within the finance industry.
- Experience in vehicle finance (Tractor, Car, Two-wheeler, Commercial Vehicles, etc.) is preferred.
