Job Description
VantageRMS is currently seeking talented individuals for the position of International Voice Process Specialist for US Shifts. We welcome candidates with strong communication skills and a minimum of 6 months in international voice support to join our dedicated customer support team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls and resolve customer queries.
- Provide accurate information while delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Meet defined service levels and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams for customer issue resolution.
Salary: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹4.8 LPA, based on experience.
Location: HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana.
