Job Description
Zensar Technologies is seeking a Customer Project Manager 3 to manage IT Infra projects during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess over 2 years of project management experience in related fields, with a total experience of at least 4 years.
Key responsibilities include managing complex projects end-to-end, creating detailed project schedules, and addressing escalated issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with tools like Microsoft Project and Jira/Rally is essential.
Preferred qualifications include Agile project management experience, knowledge of Cisco hardware/software, and familiarity with contract Change Management processes.
