Job Description
Zenmed Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Patient Caller. We require a male candidate with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Job Location: Chennai
Domain: US Healthcare – Medical Billing
Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
Responsibilities include:
- Calling Insurance Companies on behalf of Doctors for claim status.
- Follow-up on outstanding claims and payments.
- Analyze rejected claims.
- Adhere to quality standards.
- Experience in Insurance Eligibility Verification.

Requirements
