Job Description
Position: AR Associate
Job Description: Join our team as a Desk Verification Associate. Your role will involve making outbound cold calls to identify right party contacts, ensuring accurate call dispositions, and generating collection-qualified leads.
Requirements: Fluency in English is essential. Strong questioning, logical reasoning skills, and active listening capabilities are required. Minimum education of Higher Secondary (12th Pass) is needed, with prior international voice process experience preferred.
Shift Timing: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM or 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM.
Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹23,00.00 per month.
