Zaco Computers is seeking a dynamic Service Support Executive to provide onsite and remote technical support to users. The ideal candidate should be confident in coordinating with customers and managing incoming ticket queries efficiently. Responsibilities include dispatching engineers, managing inventory for AMC customers, and verifying incoming products. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in computer hardware support, proficiency in advanced Excel, and fluent English. Preferably familiar with brands like DELL, HP, IBM, and SUN.
