Job Description

We seek a Sales Executive to manage distributor and retailer sales, promote BESTEA products across assigned areas, and achieve monthly targets. Key duties: market visits, order collection, and building strong retailer relationships. Minimum 1 year FMCG sales experience (tea/food/beverage preferred). Required skills: strong communication and convincing abilities, field sales experience, basic market knowledge, and a self-motivated, target-driven attitude. Offer includes an attractive fixed salary with performance-based incentives. Job Type: Full-time; Fresher accepted. Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month. Work Location: In person.
