Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Resolve user/expert issues collaboratively with teams.
- Stay updated on company products/services.
- Gather customer feedback for internal actions.
- Monitor dashboards and coordinate with experts.
Requirements:
- Recent Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Internship Duration: 6 Months, 9 hours a day.
Working Structure: 6 days a week, Office (HSR Layout, Bangalore), Rotational Shift.
