Job Description
YENNES Infotec is seeking a dedicated Support Coordinator to provide assistance to Tally users. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Tally Prime & GST, with no sales targets, focusing on support calls during the day shift.
Responsibilities include solving customer issues via AnyDesk, assessing customer needs, building trustful relationships, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Candidates should be Commerce Graduates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Tally Prime. Preference will be given to female candidates.
