Job Description
Join our dynamic team at XYLEM LEARNING PRIVATE LIMITED as an Academic Counsellor – Tele Sales. This role requires enthusiastic individuals to connect with prospective students and parents via phone, catering to their academic needs and guiding them towards successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to student leads.
- Provide detailed information on courses.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1–3 years of experience in tele sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
Pay: ₹13,00 – ₹15,00/month. Benefits include work-from-home options.
