Job Description
As a Student Mentor at XYLEM LEARNING PRIVATE LIMITED you will guide a cohort of learners, build confidence, track academic progress and liaise between school and home. You will empower students with personalized guidance and activities, create success plans with teachers, use MIS and MS Office to monitor outcomes, and keep parents informed. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree, be fluent in English (Malayalam a plus), be empathetic, organized, tech‑savvy and calm under pressure. Job type: Full-time, suitable for freshers.
