Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Associate General Manager for our XYLEM LEARNING business vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue generation, managing team productivity, and ensuring quality process optimization. This position involves overseeing a team of 200 telecallers and supporting 6 Team Leaders and 4 Sales Managers to achieve sales targets. We require a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) and 8-12 years of experience. Candidates aged 23-40 are encouraged to apply. The position is based in Palarivattom, Kerala, India. We offer a competitive salary range of 12 – 15 LPA.
