Job Description
Xylem Learning App seeks a Student Mentor in Malappuram, Kerala. This in-person full-time role supports Class 11–12 NEET/JEE and Board aspirants through data-driven academic guidance, one-on-one counselling, hostel supervision, and parent communication. Key duties: monitor test data, design weekly improvement plans, conduct counselling and motivational sessions, coordinate exams and administrative tasks. Required: Master’s degree, strong knowledge of Board and NEET/JEE patterns, ability to interpret performance data, excellent communication and multitasking skills. Salary: ₹12,00–₹18,00/month. Candidates must reliably commute or relocate to Malappuram. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
