Job Description
Join Xylem Learning App as an Academic Mentor to monitor daily schedules, track performance via DPPs, DTS and CWEs, analyze trends, run doubt-clearing sessions, and coordinate weekly tests and hostel rounds. Support hybrid learning, guide students on apps and forums, reduce dropouts, mentor students on timetables, manage attendance, maintain records, and communicate progress and fee updates to parents. Required skills: strong academic monitoring, analytical thinking, student mentoring, clear communication, familiarity with hybrid learning, and solid documentation and follow-up abilities. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher. Pay: ₹10,456–₹15,00/month. Work Location: In person.
