Job Description
Xpert Facility Management Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled GM/AGM Operations & Business Development professional with expertise in Facility Management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operations: Recruitment, Quality of Manpower, Training & Development, Surveys, Client Relationship Management, and Reviews.
- Business Development: Generation of New Business Leads, Negotiation, and Conversion of Leads.
- Planning & Execution of Proposals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹70,00.00 – ₹80,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund
Experience Required: 10 years in Facility Management & Operations
