Job Description
We seek a proactive, organized Administration Officer with EdTech experience to manage daily academic and operational activities. Responsibilities include student lifecycle management (onboarding, attendance, follow-ups, records), handling student and parent queries via WhatsApp, calls, email and social media, moderating groups, coordinating mentors and management, maintaining databases and reports, supporting admissions/enrolments and payment follow-ups, scheduling classes, and ensuring smooth course operations. Requirements: strong English communication, experience with students/parents, comfortable with WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Sheets and CRM tools, basic Excel/Google Workspace skills, multitasking and independent work. Preferred: exposure to UPSC/PSC/online courses, CRM/LMS platforms, and social media coordination. Full-time, in-person. Salary ₹10,192.52–₹25,00/month.
