Position: E-Commerce Executive

Job Type: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

Experience: Experienced Candidate and Freshers with a strong passion for e-commerce are welcome

Qualification: Management Graduate or related field

Gender: Male and female candidates can apply; preference will be given to females.

Skills:

• Prior experience in E-commerce or a strong interest in pursuing a career in the field is highly valued.
• Demonstrated selling expertise with a comprehensive understanding of marketplace dynamics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven abilities in presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, analytics, and various e-commerce platforms.
• Highly organized, self-driven, energetic, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
• Knowledge of digital marketing is considered an asset.
• Candidates with a passion for video production and on-camera representation are particularly encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily marketplace operations to maximize sales and identify online opportunities.
• Assist in product listing, ensuring accuracy and timely uploads of new products and categories.
• Support the Operations team to ensure smooth workflow and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Assist in the scope, testing, and implementation of new online marketplaces.
• Help generate weekly reports and provide insights.

Preferred:

Candidates residing near Manjeri (Malappuram) are highly preferred.
