Job Description
WNS is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Graduate Trainee. In this role, you will utilize monitoring tools to track application performance, identify potential issues, and communicate proactively. You will write reusable and efficient code, understand requirements to deliver high-quality solutions, and identify and resolve bugs through testing and debugging.
Additionally, you will manage and prioritize support tickets, create and maintain technical documentation, and assist with the deployment of new applications or updates. Opportunities to enhance automation in support activities are also available.
