Job Description
WNS Global Services, a leading Business Process Management (BPM) company, is looking for an Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for following process updates, achieving productivity targets, and adhering to team goals. Successful candidates will possess good communication skills in English, demonstrate integrity, and have analytical problem-solving abilities. You should be willing to work night and rotational shifts and complete required training.
Required Qualifications: Graduate mandatory, IATA preferred, strong communication skills, and readiness for rotational shifts. Optional: IATA/UFTAA certification, diploma in Travel & Tourism, and PRA experience.
