Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate agile practices and ensure that the team adheres to Scrum principles.
Your key responsibilities will include organizing and conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensuring effective communication within the team. You will work closely with Product Owners to help define product backlogs and prioritize tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. A Scrum Master certification is preferred.
