Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, support the development team, and foster collaboration among team members.
Responsibilities include guiding the team in Scrum practices, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and removing obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress. The Scrum Master will also be responsible for coaching team members and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and proven experience as a Scrum Master. A Scrum Master certification is preferred.
