Job Description
We are hiring a Recruiter L2 to manage mid-level talent acquisition across technical and non-technical roles. You will lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and coordinating onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications, maintain the ATS, track recruitment metrics, and enhance employer branding. Requirements: 2–4 years of recruiting experience, excellent communication, strong sourcing skills, familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools, and the ability to manage multiple openings. Preferred: technical hiring experience and a data-driven approach. The role requires discretion, initiative, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
