Job Description
We are seeking a Production Agent L1 to support day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensure quality control, and maintain production schedules in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include operating equipment, monitoring processes, reporting defects, and following safety procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet output targets and assist in basic troubleshooting.
Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, attention to detail, basic mechanical aptitude, good communication, and willingness to work flexible shifts. Prior factory experience is a plus.
