Wilton Hotel & Restaurants is seeking a dedicated Restaurant H.R Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, screening applications, and conducting interviews to ensure candidates fit our restaurant culture.
Your duties will also include making hiring recommendations, staying updated on industry trends, and understanding the unique needs of different restaurant types. Building a talent pipeline will be essential for future openings.
