Job Description
Wilton Hotel & Restaurants seeks a Chef de Partie – Chinese Cuisine to prepare and present authentic Chinese dishes to established quality and presentation standards, ensuring timely service. You’ll manage a kitchen section, organize prep lists, supervise busy shifts, and maintain strict HACCP sanitation and equipment standards. Responsibilities include training Commis and apprentices, monitoring inventory, portion control, stock rotation, and assisting senior chefs with menu planning and daily specials. Strong communication with Sous/Executive Chefs and other departments is required. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹46,00–₹55,00/month. Work Location: In person.
