Job Description

We seek a Chinese Chef CDP to manage a dedicated cooking station, maintain stock and equipment, prepare ingredients (marinating, cutting) and cook dishes per recipes to ensure consistency and quality. You will train and supervise commis chefs and kitchen porters, enforce strict hygiene and FSSAI food-safety standards, monitor inventory and rotate stock, and contribute to menu development and recipe refinement. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹50,00 – ₹60,00 per month. Work Location: In person.
