Job Description
WIDE SOFTECH LTD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media. Your role will involve actively listening to customers, providing accurate information about our products and services, and resolving complaints efficiently. You will also be responsible for processing orders, returns, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
