Job Description

White Collar Realty seeks a Sales Executive to lead business development executives and drive Dubai property sales. You will design sales strategies, conduct client meetings and property presentations (in-person or virtual), build long-term client relationships, track leads and team performance with CRM, and meet monthly targets. Required: excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills; knowledge of international real estate (Dubai preferred); professional appearance; team leadership; CRM and MS Office proficiency; process-oriented with strong follow-up. Full-time, on-site. Salary: ₹25,00–₹45,00 per month.
