Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure superior customer experience by providing excellent support and resolving issues.
- Obtain referrals from existing customers based on service quality.
- Conduct market research and outreach to attract new customers.
- Coordinate with customers for timely payments and resolve payment-related issues.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate TDS deductions.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and satisfaction.
