Job Description

Westside Hotels is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Reservation Executive to manage bookings through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) like Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, and Agoda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage OTA extranets and update room inventory.
• Process online reservations promptly.
• Coordinate with the front office team.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests.
• Monitor overbookings and discrepancies.
• Assist in achieving revenue goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,00 – ₹25,00 per month
