WESTLAND HOTEL in ERODE is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will greet visitors with a positive attitude, handle phone calls professionally, and manage front desk activities. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining the reception area, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Must possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a professional appearance. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English are required.
