Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to manage a team of representatives in providing exceptional customer support at Wedding Banquets. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the customer service process, resolving complaints, creating policies, planning training, and monitoring team performance.
Requirements for the role include:
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Leadership abilities and knowledge of CRM systems.
