Job Description
We are seeking qualified candidates with experience as CRM helpdesk professionals in TPA Insurance Companies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support clients with CRM implants for claims.
- Resolve queries regarding policy coverage and health claim processes.
- Assist employees with claims app functions.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned corporates.
- Coordinate with internal units for expedited claims processing.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry.
- Graduation required; strong English communication skills are essential.
- Willingness to travel locally is a must.
Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹25,00 CTC per month.
