Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to join our team at Watchyourhealth!
Responsibilities include:
- Providing support for claim processes at client locations.
- Resolving customer queries regarding policy coverage and health claims.
- Facilitating claims app usage for submission and tracking.
- Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for specific corporates.
- Coordinating with internal claims units for efficient processing.
Experience: 1-2 years in Health Insurance, graduation degree required. Proficiency in English is a must.
Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹25,00 CTC. Location: Mumbai – Prabhadevi. Travel is required twice a week.
