Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated CRM Executive to join our team at Watchyourhealth. The role involves providing CRM support for client claims at their locations. Key responsibilities include resolving customer queries regarding policy coverage and health claim processes, and helping employees submit and track claims.
The ideal candidate should possess 1-2 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and have excellent English communication skills. The position requires travel between branches twice a week.
We offer a competitive salary between ₹20,00 and ₹25,00 per month, along with benefits such as Provident Fund and yearly bonuses.
