Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Watchyourhealth.com India Private Limited as a CRM Helpdesk – Claim Processing Executive. You will provide essential support for health insurance claims, assisting clients with policy queries and claim processes.
- Implement CRM solutions to support claim initiatives.
- Resolve customer inquiries on policy coverage.
- Manage claims application submissions and track progress.
- Act as the main contact for corporate clients.
- Ensure collection and dispatch of claim documents.
- Collaborate for smooth processing of cashless transactions.
Must be willing to travel 2-3 times a week. Competitive salary: ₹20k to ₹24k CTC.
