Job Description
Watch Your Health is seeking a highly motivated Claims Executive in Pune with over 2 years of experience in Health Insurance. Passion for assisting customers in selecting the best health coverage is essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing claim support at client locations.
- Resolving customer queries on policy coverage and claims.
- Driving claims application submissions.
- Responding to employee inquiries.
- Collecting and dispatching claim documents.
- Coordinating with internal claims units.
Salary: ₹18,00 – ₹22,00 with benefits.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
