Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at VIVO Kerala. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and possess strong communication and time management skills. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, handling phone calls, and following up on customer cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Attending to customer phone calls
- Coordinating with Inventory for spare parts
- Ensuring refreshments are available for customers
Qualifications: Minimum +2 or Diploma with over 1 year of experience in a mobile service or relevant field.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month
