Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries for pilgrimage tours.
- Convert leads into bookings through effective communication.
- Maintain customer database and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with operations and marketing.
- Assist clients with travel-related queries.
Required Skills: 1-3 years in travel/sales, excellent communication skills, passion for customer service.
