Job Description
Location: Jade Clinics, Kokapet
Salary Range: ₹20,00 – ₹50,00 per month
Work Timings: 9 hours per day (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, slightly flexible)
Education: Any Graduate
Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in Healthcare industry
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient billing with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist patients throughout their visit for a seamless experience.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments as per doctors’ availability.
- Address patient queries and service-related concerns.
- Ensure smooth front-office operations and maintain records.
