Job Description
We are hiring a Tele Caller to join our team at Vision India Insurance. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing excellent customer service to existing clients. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Make calls from the database to explain our products.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about our offerings.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Achieve targets for calls and lead generation.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments.
