Job Description

Vishnu HR Solution is seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive. The key responsibilities include:

• Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintaining and organizing files, records, and documents.
• Performing data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, and updating records.
• Assisting in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handling bills and Challans using Google Excel.

Requirements: Proficiency in MS Excel (Must), MS Word, and excellent English communication skills. Education: Graduation. Experience: 2 years in Back Office and MS Excel.

Office Timing: 10am-7pm (Mon-Sat). Type: Full-time. Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month.
