Job Description
Dual Write Integration
Configure and manage Dual Write mappings between Dataverse (CRM) and Dynamics 365 FandO
Troubleshoot synchronization issues, entity mapping failures, and data conflicts
Ensure real-time data flow between CE and FO environments
Collaborate with business and technical teams to customize integration as per business needs
Power Platform Development
Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate flows
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft 365 services
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best
Dynamics 365 FO
Work with technical and functional teams to customize and extend FO functionality
Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment of FO features
Understand finance and operations business processes to support functional requirements
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years experience with Dynamics 365 FandO and Dataverse (CE/CRM)
2+ years working with Dual Write or similar integration tools
Proficiency in Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Experience with Data entities, Business events, and Integration patterns
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot data sync issues and understand entity relationships
Participate in requirements gathering, architecture, and design sessions
Document solutions, mappings, test cases, and troubleshooting steps
Provide end-user training and technical support
Keep current with Microsoft platform updates, particularly around Power Platform and D365
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 FO
Knowledge of Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform
