Job Description
Virtusa seeks a Fenergo Specialist to provide second-level support for the Fenergo platform. You will troubleshoot complex workflow, configuration, API, UI and data issues; perform root-cause analysis with logs, system tools and SQL; validate client data, workflow status and rule configurations; debug workflows, UI logic, validations and document handling; liaise with Compliance, Operations, IT and the Fenergo vendor; support releases, patches and UAT validation; create and maintain knowledge-base articles and SOPs; monitor jobs, batch processes and alerts; and ensure SLA adherence while participating in incident/problem/change management.
