The Splunk Monitoring Support role involves monitoring the Splunk dashboard, setting up new alerts, and modifying existing alerts as required. You will analyze alerts for trends and impacts and collaborate with the respective teams to enhance applications. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Tech-ops team and work closely with the application team to implement preventive measures.
