VIRENDRA GRAM DEVELOPMENT COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage the maintenance of various sites and commercial buildings. Responsibilities include overseeing repairs, plumbing, electrical issues, and landscaping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate building maintenance and repairs.
- Schedule janitorial services.
- Manage contractors and inspect jobs.
- Conduct regular inspections.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
