Job Description
Vinp Distilleries seeks an experienced Company Secretary & Legal Officer. Responsibilities: board/AGM/EGM management, statutory filings, Companies Act/SEBI compliance, contract drafting/negotiation, regulator and bank liaison, and corporate governance. Requirements: ACS, LLB/LLM, minimum 5 years independent CS experience, strong corporate law knowledge and excellent communication. Full-time, permanent, on-site in Sanjaynagar, Bengaluru. Salary ₹700,00–₹1,00,00/year. Benefits: paid sick leave and Provident Fund. Reliable commute or relocation required.
