Job Description
Vin Software Technologies LLC seeks a US IT Recruiter (Full-Time, Permanent) with minimum 1 year US staffing experience. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles: source via portals and referrals, screen and submit candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain daily reports. Experience with W2, C2C, 1099 and candidates on OPT/CPT, green card, or master’s/fresher profiles required. Strong communication skills and familiarity with US hiring processes and job portals essential. Remote position. Salary ₹15,00–₹40,00/month.
